Q1: Can you do the design for us?

A: We can help to complete the files after you send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished art files for confirmation.

Q2: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.But if you need printed sample, the sample cost it will be required to paid.

Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample?

A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5-10 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q4: What about the lead time for mass production?

A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking we will need about 7-10days for books and 10-15 dyas for special boxes. But we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

Q5: What is your terms of delivery?

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
